Repricer.com Review (2026)
The fastest repricer in this category — with the broadest channel coverage including eBay — and the most Trustpilot reviews of any tool we have tested.
Our Verdict
Repricer.com is the only repricer in this review series that covers eBay alongside Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and Magento — making it the default choice for any seller with a serious eBay presence. It also has the most Trustpilot reviews of any tool we have tested (134 reviews, rated 4.0 out of 5), which gives it more real-world validation than newer alternatives. The repricing speed, built on AWS infrastructure responding directly to Amazon SQS notifications, is genuinely fast. Safe Mode — which lets you simulate repricing without publishing prices to live listings — is a unique and useful onboarding feature not offered by any other tool in this category. The pricing is in GBP, reflecting the tool's UK and Ireland roots. AI features and Buy Box optimisation tools only unlock from the Scale plan at £249 per month. Free Managed Setup is included on all plans.
What Is Repricer.com?
Repricer.com (repricer.com) is a repricing tool for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and Magento sellers. It was formerly known as RepricerExpress — one of the earliest dedicated Amazon repricers, founded around 2011 in Dublin, Ireland. It is now part of the eDesk Group, which also makes the eDesk customer support platform and FeedbackExpress.
The tool's central positioning is speed: its AWS-hosted processing engine connects directly to Amazon's SQS (Simple Queue Service) notification system, meaning it reacts to competitor price changes the moment they occur rather than polling on a schedule. The company states it processes over 20 billion real-time price calculations per month. For this review we tested the trial account, documented all plan and feature data, and verified pricing directly from the Repricer.com pricing page on 26 June 2026.
Note on pricing: all plans are priced in British Pounds (GBP), reflecting the tool's UK and Ireland roots. Sellers outside those markets will see GBP prices converted at their bank's prevailing rate.

Key Features
Repricing Speed and EPMs
Repricer.com's core technical claim is speed. Its processing engine runs on AWS and connects directly to Amazon's SQS (Simple Queue Service) notification system. SQS pushes a notification the moment a competitor changes their price or stock status — Repricer.com receives that signal and calculates a response in seconds, rather than waiting for a scheduled polling cycle.
The unit of repricing power is EPMs — Events Per Minute. This measures how many competitive price change events the system can process for your account per minute. Core plans get 150 EPMs, Scale gets 300, Premium gets 600, and Custom plans up to 2,400. In low-competition categories 150 EPMs is adequate. In high-competition categories or during peak periods like Prime Day or Q4, sellers may need more — which is where EPM Booster Pack add-ons come in.
Safe Mode
Safe Mode is one of Repricer.com's most distinctive features. When enabled, the repricer analyses competitor price changes and calculates what your prices would be — but does not publish any changes to your live Amazon or eBay listings. Your prices stay exactly as they are while the system runs in the background.
Safe Mode is turned on by default when you first connect your account. When you are ready to go live, you click 'Go Live' to start publishing price changes. This is particularly useful for new users who want to verify the repricer's behaviour before it affects their live listings — a level of caution no other tool in this category offers at onboarding.
Multi-Channel Coverage
Repricer.com supports more sales channels than any other repricer in this review series: Amazon (all 21 global marketplaces), eBay, Walmart, Shopify and Magento. Crucially, it is the only tool reviewed here that covers eBay — making it the only option for sellers who operate seriously across both Amazon and eBay from one repricing platform.
The Core plan includes Amazon and eBay repricing across 3 channels. Scale expands to 5 channels. Premium offers unlimited channels with a Multichannel Price Replicator — which pushes your Amazon price changes across connected non-Amazon channels automatically.
AI and Buy Box Features
AI-powered features unlock from the Scale plan (£249/month). These include:
- AI Price Optimisation — finds the highest price at which you can still hold the Buy Box
- Buy Box Price Optimizer — identifies the optimal Buy Box price based on competitive analysis
- Buy Box Chaser — aggressively pursues the Buy Box when you are not currently holding it
- Suppressed Buy Box Strategy — reprices specifically to recover suppressed Buy Box status
- AI Price War Management — detects price war conditions and adjusts strategy automatically
- 7-day event and competitor tracking
Net Margin Repricing
Available on Premium and above, Net Margin repricing sets your minimum price based on true net margin rather than a static price floor. You input your cost of goods and Repricer.com factors in Amazon referral fees, FBA fulfilment fees and variable costs to calculate the floor that protects your actual margin. This prevents the most common repricing error: setting a minimum that looks reasonable but doesn't account for all costs.
Amazon Insights
Amazon Insights is Repricer.com's alert system. It monitors your account and surfaces actionable issues: an ASIN that has lost Buy Box eligibility, a product approaching long-term storage fees, a Buy Box Near Miss (your price is within 3% of winning), Dead Stock (no sales in 90 days), or a Large Drop in Sales (revenue down 25%). Each alert includes a specific suggested action — for example, a suggested new minimum price to re-enter Buy Box contention.
Free Managed Setup
Every Repricer.com plan includes Free Managed Setup — a hands-on onboarding session with a repricing specialist who helps configure your account, set your strategies and verify your minimum prices before you go live. This is included on all plans including Core, with no additional charge.
What's Included in Each Plan
All plans include a 14-day free trial and Free Managed Setup. No credit card required.

The Bottom Line
Repricer.com earns its position as the go-to choice for multi-channel sellers — particularly those with eBay as a significant revenue stream. No other tool in this category covers eBay, which alone makes it the only option for a meaningful segment of sellers. The technical architecture is solid: AWS-hosted, SQS-connected repricing is the right infrastructure for the problem. Safe Mode is genuinely useful for anyone cautious about connecting a new repricing tool to a live account. The pricing, once converted from GBP, is mid-range — Core at roughly $125/month (monthly billing) is accessible, though AI features require Scale at roughly $315/month. The 134 Trustpilot reviews are the most real-world validation of any tool reviewed here, and customer support is consistently praised.
