AI Win Buy Box Rules
BQool's AI repricing is built on historical price data. When a listing is assigned an AI rule, the system constructs a price range based on competitor metrics — ASIN, fulfilment type, list price, seller metrics — and adjusts to find the price most likely to win the Buy Box. Over time, as more data is collected, the range narrows until the system identifies the most effective price point. You can also filter which competitors to target: Amazon, FBA, FBM, or any combination independently.
There are 5 AI Win Buy Box rules, available on all plans, ranging from most aggressive to most conservative on a sales/profit spectrum:
- AI Win Sales Maximiser — most aggressive; widest price range, highest Buy Box time, lower margins. Best for high-competition listings or clearing inventory fast.
- AI Win Sales Booster — aggressive with slightly more profit consideration than Sales Maximiser.
- AI Win Equalizer — moderate; balances Buy Box time against profit margin.
- AI Win Profit Booster — conservative; incrementally raises prices to improve margin.

AI Match Buy Box Rules (AI Deluxe+ only)
Available from the AI Deluxe plan ($50/mo+), the Match rules work differently from Win rules. Instead of undercutting, they match the Buy Box price without going below it, then raise the price incrementally after winning. There are 3 Match rules, varying in how aggressively they approach winning versus profit raising:
- AI Match Boost Profit — most aggressive at winning the Buy Box; slowest at raising prices afterward. Best for competitive listings where Buy Box access is the priority.
- AI Match Grow Profit — balanced approach; moderate on both winning and profit raising.
- AI Match Max Profit — least aggressive at winning; fastest at raising prices after securing the Buy Box. Best for FBA sellers, good seller metrics, or listings with few competitors.
Match rules also include a unique Price-Looping Strategy: raise your price at set intervals (every 3–24 hours), hold it for a defined period (5–180 minutes), then resume AI repricing. This is not available in Win rules.

Conditional Repricing
One of BQool's most distinctive features is its Conditional Repricer, available on AI Deluxe+ plans. It automatically switches repricing strategies based on real inventory and fulfilment conditions — without manual intervention. Marketplace Support
BQool supports 5 Amazon marketplace regions: US, Canada, Mexico, EU and Japan. The EU bundle covers UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain under a single subscription — no additional EU marketplace fee. Japan is available as a separate marketplace subscription.
The critical caveat: each marketplace is priced independently. A seller repricing on Amazon US and Amazon UK is paying two separate plan subscriptions. At the AI Deluxe level, that's $100/month for two marketplaces. This is worth factoring carefully against single-fee alternatives if you operate across regions.
